The Spear Programme is run by friendly and experienced coaches,
who lead a group of young people through a series of work-readiness topics, with a strong emphasis on
attitudinal and soft skills coaching alongside practical requirements.
The Team
The Spear Programme has a proven track record: 75% of the young people who complete the first six weeks of the programme not only get into work or return to education but are still there a year later. Thanks to our partnerships with business, young people we’ve trained have gone on to work for EQ Investors, Kea Consultants, JP Morgan, Sky, and even Buckingham Palace
